Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The shipping label

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The product received

  • Any damage, defect, or incorrect product, if applicable

Important: The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited. Return, replacement, or refund requests may not be accepted without valid video proof.

Any issue regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
