1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer must provide a clear and complete unboxing video.
The unboxing video must:

Be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Clearly show the package and shipping label.

Show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.

Clearly show the product and the issue with the product, if applicable.
Important: The video must be continuous and unedited. We may not be able to process return, replacement, or refund requests without a valid unboxing video as proof.
3. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must inform us about any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after the applicable timeframe may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
4. Verification of Return Request
Once we receive your complaint and supporting evidence, our team will review the request.
We may request additional photographs, videos, or information to verify the issue.
The return request will be approved only after verification by Umeshwari Creations.
5. Return Conditions
If your return request is approved:

The product must be returned in its original condition.

The product must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and other items received with the order.

The product should not be worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The product must be securely packed before being handed over for return.
Umeshwari Creations reserves the right to reject a return if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.
6. Replacement
Depending on product availability and the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
If a replacement is available, we will arrange the replacement process after verification and approval of the return request.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only after the returned product has been received and successfully verified by our team.
Once the returned product passes the quality verification process, the refund, if applicable, will be initiated through the original payment method or another suitable method as permitted.
Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
8. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

9. Cancellation of Orders
Order cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Umeshwari Creations reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests depending on the order status.
10. Right to Reject Claims
Umeshwari Creations reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request if:
